Aloft London Excel – Hotel near airport in London

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very smart, modern, and clean with great amenities such as USB outlets, but unfortunately, the sealed windows allowed smoke to circulate, affecting the air quality. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being very helpful while others could improve in terms of communication. The location was perfect for my visit to the O2, being near the train line and Excel center, but my room had a disappointing view. The dining options were varied, although the quality was inconsistent.
