Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic. The rooms were very cool, well thought out, and incredibly comfortable, equipped with all the facilities a traveler could need. The size was just right, modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The service was highly helpful, and the location couldn't be better. However, there were a few hiccups with communication and organization. The dining experience left something to be desired due to limited options, but overall, it was worth it. The general value for money was decent.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel with some special touches for my boyfriend's birthday, like rose petals and a birthday message. The room was clean and of a good size, but a bit disappointed by the lack of prior notification for the closure of some facilities. The location was convenient, right next to the train station and excel arena, perfect for a quick access to events.
The hotel had cozy room facilities and a lovely bathroom, but it felt a bit too conference-like and small. The price was incredible, though I didn't request the 'Do Not Disturb' or 'Go Green' options.
The hotel room was simple but nice and up to date, overlooking a building site and train line, with nothing nearby. It was ready 2 hours after check-in time and had a few missing tiles that resulted in a cut on my hand. The service was lacking in customer service and was most unhelpful, except for the exceptional treatment of my dog. The location was not ideal, as I had to spend 50 pounds daily on travel to the city. The dining experience was not value for money, although the morning of February 9th stood out with outstanding choices and friendly staff. The facilities were basic without any specific comment.
The hotel is a mix of positive and negative aspects. The rooms were good, spacious, and clean, but the atmosphere felt a bit depressing due to the dull decor. The service was attentive and helpful, although the issue with recreational drug use affected the overall experience. The location suited our needs, and the proximity to public transportation was convenient. The dining experience varied from very disappointing to wonderful depending on individual preferences.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very smart, modern, and clean with great amenities such as USB outlets, but unfortunately, the sealed windows allowed smoke to circulate, affecting the air quality. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being very helpful while others could improve in terms of communication. The location was perfect for my visit to the O2, being near the train line and Excel center, but my room had a disappointing view. The dining options were varied, although the quality was inconsistent.
The hotel had beautiful rooms with very comfortable queen size beds. The rooms were very smart and clean, and the staff was incredibly nice. However, the service was a bit unprofessional at times. The location was perfect for the ExCeL centre and the underground, making it convenient for my needs. The dining experience had a nice selection but was a bit bland at times. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff and great proximity to key locations.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, although spacious and comfortable, lacked proper air conditioning which made it hard to sleep. On the positive side, the service was very helpful, but there were some oversights like not explaining the key card system for the lift. The location was convenient for the ExCel center but confusing to access. The dining options were hit or miss, with limited breakfast choices. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was phenomenal! The rooms were incredible, spacious, and beautiful, although those overlooking the car park were a bit bright for sleeping. The service was top-notch with amazingly kind and welcoming staff, although they struggled with a slight issue of recreational drug use smell. The location couldn't have been better for me, especially for attending a conference, and the dining experience, although expensive, had some great options. The facilities were excellent overall.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms, despite overlooking a car park, were well designed and spacious. However, considering the price, I expected a more attractive view. The service was top-notch, especially the helpful and friendly staff at the front desk and restaurant. The location, although a bit tricky to find initially, was ideal for events at the Excel center. The dining experience offered a great selection, although the pricing was a bit on the higher side. Overall, a stay with good value for money.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with clean, modern, and comfy rooms, but the service could be more helpful. The location was convenient despite some navigation challenges. The dining options were a bit pricey, but the facilities were enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was excellent, with thoughtful touches like take-away cups for the coffee machine and a convenient Chromecast setup. However, the walk-in showers in the accessible rooms seemed impractical. The service was a bit unprofessional at times, with one staff member being rude, although others were friendly. The location was convenient for my purpose, being close to a trade fair venue, but the limited restaurant hours were a downside. The dining options offered a good range of food, but the quality of ingredients could be better. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs, providing a comfortable stay with a few hiccups.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were very good, clean, and large enough for my family of 4, offering a stunning view of the Excel. The standard exceeded my expectations, especially considering the great value for money.
The hotel rooms were adequately sized and quite clean, with a nice view of the river. The restaurant was really nice, though the location was a little far from where we needed to be.
The hotel is located right next to the station, offering spacious rooms with all the necessary amenities, making it a great find in comparison to other hotels.
