fantastic stay, clean and modern!!!
modern design really good staff
the sauna and steam room provided excellent relaxation. i found the restaurant on the second floor very convenient. all the staff.!! the bar on the ground floor was a plus.

good breakfast attentive staff excellent service
The breakfast had LOTS of choice, it was amazing!!! Staff members were both attentive and friendly. My room featured higher specs than expected. The reception team provided excellent service, especially Adrian were pretty good.
The gym room equipment has seen better days.

mediocre stay with some issues
slow tv unfriendly staff
i wasn't happy about a few things . the tv in my room was slow and it kept turning off by itself. it made relaxing in the evening difficult. also, the staff wasn't very friendly and the service in the restaurant was slow, it bothered me.

Satisfactory Experience Near the ExCeL
comfortable bed pool access poor air conditioning insufficient water
The hotel provides convenient access to the ExCeL center. The room featured a generously sized and comfortable bed. I found the pool access beneficial after a long day. Hotel is close to several transport options.
The air conditioning system performed poorly. The room temperature remained too warm even when set to the lowest setting. I found the supply of only one water can for two guests to be insufficient.
